Fabulous facial with my mam and the lovely Beverley. Bev is always accommodating and knowledgable and we had really wonderful treatments. I had a carboxy facial on the advice of Beverley which improved my skin instantly and over time and my mam continued her peel course. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Today I tried the new hydra facial and once again was not disappointed. From walking through the front door to the wonderful calming aroma to the gorgeous relaxing treatment room with heated bed, which on a cold autumnal day was simply bliss to then the amazing facial by Louise. Visited today as my skin was extremely dehydrated due to taking a lot of medication. I had a bespoke facial which was amazing and has completely transformed my skin. My skin feels more like its normal self and I look forward to visiting again in 4 weeks! 🥰

As always, my visit to Prism was a real treat. Louise excelled in making me feel thoroughly pampered - always the case! My skin looks and feels fresh and bright…and the foot massage she did (whilst my face mask was working its magic,) was fantastic.

It was my first visit to this lovely little salon having received a voucher as a gift. I had an upper back hot oil massage and a rose quartz facial. Louise is very welcoming and friendly and done a wonderful job so relaxing, so relaxing that I think I was snoring a few times🤭. Would definitely recommend it hope to visit again soon.

If I could give more stars I would! Can’t thank Louise enough for how refreshed she makes me feel by the time I leave after my treatments. I had the Snowberry Candle Massage, Facial and Pink Gin Pedicure (which is a fav) and my skin feels amazing. Already booked in for my next appointments because I’m sick of missing out when she is fully booked.

Another fabulous facial from Louise. I had the detox and my face felt (and looked) a million times better. I had to skip the back massage today (😢) because of a bad back, but I have to say, the heated bed really helped ease it. My son (35) came along with me today for the men’s facial and back massage and says he feels so much better for it. As always, Louise made us feel completely at ease and pampered. Brilliant!

Had a Pearl Prescription Facial today. Louise had to apply 3 different face masks to different areas of my face to address my needy skin! I just lay there letting Louise do all the hard work whilst I relaxed in her beautiful salon. I just love coming here x

I had a spinal flow treatment with Leon today, wasn't too sure what to expect but it was amazing, I felt totally relaxed and my back did respond to the treatment, I'll definitely book another session 👌 Leon has such a nice aura about him, its hard not to feel relaxed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The most amazing facial ever, Bev not only gave me many different options to have that day based on my skin type but then also spoke me through every step she was doing, what the products do and how they work on the skin. Bev talked me through my own daily skincare and what those products do. Bev spoke me through what to do after the facial, things to do and things to avoid. i left feeling very glowy, fresh and confident. My exact words were "that skin doesn't even look like mine". the most amazing and informative treatment. Bev is also so lovely and makes you feel very comfortable.

I had polynucleotides and skin boosters today for the first time. Beverly was amazing, professional and informative, explaining the facial muscles and how our muscles/ fat pads work, and really put me at ease. I will definitely be back.
