The Beauty Shack is such a lovely, tranquil place, it’s setting is gorgeous up in Failand. Just the right environment for beauty, facials etc. Olivia is so professional, knowledgeable and kind, she totally put me at ease regarding my procedure (blemish removal). Professional and high standard treatments! Ellie is a skin expert and she is the best at what she does in Bristol! I have been seeing her for a year now and have never been disappointed with her services. Always very welcoming and warm and full of knowledge! I had such a wonderful treatment with Lucy. She was so friendly when I arrived and showed me around the facilities and explained all about the treatment to put me at ease and enjoy my facial to the maximum. The facial itself was relaxing and thorough. Lots of lovely products were used and she applied pressure whilst messaging my neck and shoulders to release muscle knots and smooth out the skin. During the face mask she spent time massaging my arms and hands and ended with a head massage. My skin was glowing and I felt totally refreshed. I highly recommend this treatment and these facilities.

Always a five star service. I love this salon. I have been going for over 12 years. Everything from waxing to facials, massages and lovely skin products. My 14 year old daughter has had nails and lashes done too and the staff were lovely with her. A wonderful local business.

My experience at the Hampton Spa was amazing - the price was affordable - especially compared to other Spa's. The pool was beautiful, and absolutely loved the sauna - the steam room was out of use but that was absolutely fine. Also had a full body Swedish massage by Lucy - and it was incredible, she was amazing - I was so knotty beforehand and feel so loose and relaxed now. Then had afternoon tea which again was lovely - took my mum and she really enjoyed it also, she chose the facial over the massage and high rated it. I will definitely be coming back <3
