Best facial I have ever had . My skin feels so bright and soft . The eyelashes came out really unbelievably good . Money well spend . I will be going back every month. How did I not know about this place sooner . The customer service is extremely good

Excellent, kind, understanding, caring, very knowledgeable. I am so humbled by Daine she is a amazing lady so calm and reassuring. After a very tough journey of hair loss and spending thousands of pounds with hair clinic in Birmingham with no results was devastating. I felt my vulnerability was used for them to make money. My Confidence was very low. Diane not only provided me with a solution she even gave me concrete advise and direction to encourage my hair growth. Walked out the salon with tears of happiness and was just wowed. I look forward to my next appointment. Thank you Diane x

I will not go anywhere else! Lilly does my brows exactly how I like them. The facial & dermaplanning r amazing! I love how my skins feels & its so glowly. Lilly is full of knowledge, the setting is clean, welcoming & relaxing. 100% recommended.

Another fabulous and relaxing facial with Su. Excellent experience!

I had amazing day at the salon. I purchased a 3-treatment deal on Wowcher and was treated to a full pampering. I had my hair done, a shiatsu massage and facial. The lovely Diane even gave me a complimentary make-up makeover which was really above and beyond. I was offered a beverage and cake and was made to feel so welcome. This salon really knows how to make people feel “looked after” and good about themselves. Thank you to Diane and her apprentice (Monika) who made my day relaxing and special. Highly recommend! I’m heading back soon with my daughter for another pamper experience. :)

Always the best experience when I visit and can say su and the girls are always lovely when I come. Had a Joico hair mask treatment today and it’s left my hair feeling amazing, perfect for someone who has dry curly hair it’s now left my hair silky smooth and to say it lasts for a couple of months is ever better! I visited lels beauty room and I can’t fault her work at all. It’s such a relaxing environment and her facials are so calming. My skin was glowing when I left the salon so I would highly recommend !

Izzy has been amazing recommending me treatments for my facial psoriasis! After a CBD cream facial and some LED light treatments treatment, my skin has never felt so smooth and glowing. Long road ahead but so far so good! Thank you Izzy!
