Amazing 'Ultimate Piece of Heaven' treatment. Olivia was professional and friendly. I felt so relaxed I could have fallen asleep during the facial. The room was warm, the bed was comfy and the lightening was perfect. Olivia didn't talk throughout which was just what I needed. I'll be back. Thank you so much x

I usually visit the Accrington salon so it was nice to have a trip out to see Angela at Brockhall Village to try the New 20K body sculpt treatment. As always Angela fully explained the treatment and after a short taster, to make sure I was comfortable with the sensation, I booked the package of four and went ahead with my first full session. It certainly wasn’t painful but I could definitely feel that my muscles were being worked hard whilst I lay there not even breaking a sweat - I can’t wait for my next one and look forward to seeing some results after completing the course. I attended Glow Up today for a Japanese head spa and facial and when I say it was the most relaxing experience that is an understatement! I will be recommending 100% to everyone - from start to finish the treatment was amazing! I will 100% be back for another treatment very very soon!

The facial I had was amazing, relaxing, refreshing and most importantly my skin feels fresh and replenished. Kim was brilliant, asking questions before the facial, then performing a professional facial and massage beautifully. I enjoyed it so much, and my skin feels so radiant, I am making a more regular part of my routine as I feel in my fifties I need to add to my skincare routine to keep my skin more hydrated and prevent lines and wrinkles naturally as much as I can. I had my first microneedling appointment with sarah and it was amazing! Each step of the process was explained and she made sure that I was comfortable throughout the service! The room is such a lovely set up and the heated blanket was just a perfect touch! You can really tell she’s passionate about her work and cares about her clients.
