Nurjan is AMAZING!!! She is such a 'down to earth' person who automatically makes you feel 'at home' and comfortable enough to allow her to do her thing and not stress about anything. I was extremely nervous at first (as I've never done any kind of facial/laser treatment before) but quickly came to trust Nurjan as she took the time to answer all my questions and thoroughly explained everything skin & skin care. I highly recommend UGlow Beauty to anyone who is seeking to find a place & person who 💯% will take care of you. You definitely wont be disappointed!

I loved my facial with Loren! She was so lovely and ensured my experience was relaxing and skin was looked after! I loved the smell and feel of all the products and the added massaged whilst my mask on was just what I needed! Also love the decor, so unique! Thank you Loren, I’ll definitely be back! :)

My daughter and I came in together for a lovely pampering session. I had Combo 2 and my daughter had Combo 3 (facial, hair wash and massage), and we were both so impressed with the experience. My daughter’s therapist was especially wonderful—very friendly, chatty, and constantly checking in to make sure she was comfortable and okay throughout the treatment. The service felt relaxed, professional, and genuinely caring. The only small suggestion I would make is to have a brief form to note any health conditions or allergies before treatments begin

What a calming, relaxing experience I have just had at Esteem Beauty today! This was my first visit (because I was given a gift voucher for my birthday), and I chose to have a 1 hour facial. I was so impressed with it! Beautiful atmosphere, lovely room, products felt and smelled amazing, and I felt so relaxed during and after. I found the staff to be lovely and welcoming, even during the booking process. Jodie was very helpful explaining the services available, and Layla was awesome during my facial. She is definitely in the right job! Thanks Esteem - I will be back!

Amazing facial, super relaxing.

Vanessa did the facial very well. She was very kind and gentle. This was my second visit. Since I am pregnant and some products cannot be used on my face, she adjusted and used alternative products to cover that time, which I really liked. It was a very good experience, really nice and truly appreciated.

I’ve only ever had 3 facials in my life time and 2 have been from Ainsley! Thru are honestly the best you feel so refreshed after every appointment plus your skin just feels so smooth and hydrated! 🫶
