I love the staff but so far I have never booked an appointment that has not been canceled. This is the first salon I’ve been to in Abu Dhabi that has canceled my appointment ever. It’s now happened 4 times in a row and is getting to be quiet upsetting especially since I do extensions, I tried booking in advance , my appointment still got canceled, I tried confirming with my credit card it still got canceled. I’m really at a loss on how to get an appointment that you will keep. It’s actually getting to a point where however much I like the salon and the staff that it’s not relaxing

Did a facial with Yasmine and it was a great experience. She is very knowledgeable as she knows what she is doing and will explain the procedure thoroughly and even the ingredients while making you feel very comfortable.
