I love the staff but so far I have never booked an appointment that has not been canceled. This is the first salon I’ve been to in Abu Dhabi that has canceled my appointment ever. It’s now happened 4 times in a row and is getting to be quiet upsetting especially since I do extensions, I tried booking in advance , my appointment still got canceled, I tried confirming with my credit card it still got canceled. I’m really at a loss on how to get an appointment that you will keep. It’s actually getting to a point where however much I like the salon and the staff that it’s not relaxing

Did a facial with Yasmine and it was a great experience. She is very knowledgeable as she knows what she is doing and will explain the procedure thoroughly and even the ingredients while making you feel very comfortable.

Good haircut, finally they played nice music, but some staff very careless about mask wearing, they are young around 20 years, but don't understand that Covid is still a concern for older people who are their customers.
