I sprained my right shoulder during a gym session and could tell I’d pulled a muscle. Booked in with Hugo for a Shiatsu massage, and he quickly identified the issue and applied the right technique to get things moving again. Very professional, methodical, and knows exactly what he’s doing. I left with better range of motion and significantly less pain after just one 45 mins session. The setup was clean, minimal, and calming - everything you’d want in a proper recovery environment. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a solid remedial or sports recovery massage.

I booked a one hour hard pressure massage with Mae. It's been a while since my last massage so the body was tight and I had a aching shoulder. She was running surprisingly quite late and had to wait nearly 30 minutes but once I was taken in there was a warm water foot soak waiting in a wooden barrel tub. After that Mae confirms if cupping is wanted and the type of massage. Then begins one hour of blissful, at times soft pain when sore muscles are being released physical and mental therapy. She massages the whole body and even the head and face was relaxed. Highly recommend.

Have been a happy customer since three years now. All The therapists are just awesome at their work. Last two massages were by May. So relaxing and restful. My massage therapist was so lovely I suffer from chronic pain and she always kept asking me about pressure. If I was okay. Her technique was so thorough and she made sure that she covered every area. It definitely felt like a full body massage. I have been to super expensive day spas and the techniques off bamboo spa were so much more thorough. You walk out feeling like you had a massage
