I came with a cold due to Internal Wind in my energy system. During the treatment I already noticed relief and afterwards felt energized. As I study shiatsu, I always follow Manabu closely in what points he treats. Sometime I am too tired, I start relaxing, my tiredness comes out and fall asleep (Oh No!).
