Flawless session again with Charn, instant pain and muscle relief in areas I’ve struggled with for a long period of time. Always feel brand new after the hour!

Walking into Chan’s and walking out, I genuinely feel like a new person. The pain I’ve been dealing with has been constant, uncomfortable, and at times unbearable. Without Chan, I don’t know how I would manage day-to-day life, training, or anything in between. The relief she gives me in my neck, traps, shoulders, everywhere is incredible, and I honestly can’t thank her enough. I was so worried about my upcoming competition that I nearly pulled out because of the level of pain I was in. Thanks to Chan’s care, I now feel confident, ready, and strong going into my comp on Saturday.

Chan took her time to understand my needs and any areas of tension before beginning. The massage and acupuncture itself was professional and tailored, with a good balance of pressure — strong enough to work my hip and glute area but still deeply relaxing. I left feeling both physically relaxed and mentally lighter, which is exactly what you want from a session.

Dylan is very personable and friendly. He had treated my wife’s shoulder injury over a few sessions and worked absolute magic with that so I thought I’d get an ‘MOT’ myself. Dylan was thorough, patient, and clearly knows his business. His judgement of tolerance and pain thresholds is very intuitive and nothing felt rushed or over-worked. I will be using Dylan again, of that there is no doubt. I’d highly recommend him to anyone but specifically to someone who might be carrying a strain or injury - as I mentioned the results my wife has had from her shoulder injury is amazing. Thanks mate.
