Having had an incredible treatment with Liesel my go-to is definitely acupuncture & cupping. I've experienced back & nerve pain for years following spinal surgery & felt relief immediately after my apt. Liesel is so thorough yet gentle in her approach & explanation. Her knowledge & expertise is def 5 star & more & I felt reassured before, during & after my treatment.

Liesel is always so welcoming and kind, she has incredible knowledge about the body and I have no doubt she can fix any problem presented to her. She has been amazing at reducing the frequency and intensity of my headaches and I have every confidence in her when I see her. I'd highly recommend a visit if you are thinking about acupuncture! Liesel is the best!

I have been to see Liesel a few times to correct upper and lower back tension and I can honestly say it’s been a game changer! Liesel is such an expert and so experienced - my back is better than it’s ever been and I’ve seen loads of therapists! I have a combination of massage, acupuncture and cupping (neither of which I have had before) and I saw results after the first session. I won’t go anywhere else now!
