I booked in for a massage after running the London Marathon, and Steph couldn’t have been more understanding of what I needed. My treatment with Holly was amazing - such a genuinely holistic approach to skin, looking at everything from diet and sleep to stress. The facial itself was incredible (my skin is already feeling so dewy), and the sound healing and acupuncture took me into such a deep state of relaxation. I feel completely restored inside and out.

Louie was amazing to see for acupuncture. I went to see them for ongoing shoulder pain. The consultation was thorough looking at all aspects of my health. Louie explained in detail how the acupuncture needles would be placed, how it would feel and reassured me throughout the session. The space is beautiful and calming. I had some good immediate relief from pain and more movement in my shoulder. I'll definitely be booking in again with Louie. I highly recommend. Louie and acupuncture as a treatment are amazing :)

This is like entering to the land of fairies. The studio is dreamy and beautiful and the previous conversation with Cassie is always welcoming and it settles you down for the session. What can i say about the moment that Cassie starts working with your energy and with acupuncture? words are not enough, is something you need to do! You will feel blessed and happy afterwords, with your energy completely uplifted. For me is always a gift and im super happy when i have the time to get this treatment. A very beneficial service. My back pain was reduced a lot thanks to the therapist she was very easygoing and friendly.

I’ve been looking for a London-based healer like Maria for a while. She is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and a calming presence. Her space is warm and inviting. Immediately, I felt safe in her care. I’m very much looking forward to our next session.

Nicole is great as always! 😃 I booked for hand massage due to muscle tension and the pain related to it, after her massage all the discomfort and pain are gone ☺️ she’s a great person as well because she advised me the right exercises for my hands and the stretches in order to prevent any more pain for the future and also which supplements and food to eat . David provided a very good deep tissue massage. He was nice and polite and recommended some stretching excecise for me to perform at home. The place is spotlessly clean. Everything looks modern and new, wooden and black. They have a fully equipped gym too. And very important: the bed, also of a modern design, had extra padding around the face area to make it totally comfortable when you are facing down during the massage.
