I came to Trang with extremely tight hips, glutes, traps and neck, which had been preventing me from stretching properly and constantly causing pain after strength training sessions. After just one session with her, I felt immediate relief. Trang truly worked wonders on me. She is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint and treat my problem areas with ease. I honestly had the best massage of my life with David. I arrived with super tight muscles and some lower back pain, but David listened to everything I said and paid really close attention to what I needed. He also made sure to check in throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was right (it was always perfect!), which I really appreciated. I left feeling like my body had been put back together again. I can’t recommend David enough!

I am very grateful to have known cassie for several years. Cassie is compassionate, kind, and highly skilled. I am a bit loss for words really because I sound like I am exaggerating, but she is very special. When I get an accupuncture facial with Cassie I am getting treated holistically--not just my face, but my whole being. I have a long entrenched sleeping disorder, and I even sleep better after a treatment. For those afraid of needles Cassie is remarkably gentle. l whole heartedly recommend a visit to Cassie. A beautiful experience from start to finish! The apothecary itself is so peaceful, and Cassie takes so much care in creating such a safe container to just 'be'. The treatment itself - acupuncture, reiki, facial massage - was exactly what I needed; on an energetic level, I floated out feeling reset and on an aesthetic level, I instantly saw (what I thought were) deep set lines had faded and my skin was lifted and glowing. This is not the first time visiting Holly and it won’t be the last. My entire system and body softens as soon as I step into her therapy room. I always feel completely held and looked after. Laura was very welcoming and made me feel right at ease. She explained each step of the deep cleansing facial which was appreciated. The whole experience was very relaxing. I loved the scalp massage as well. At the end she suggested a product to implement to my skin regime. I will certainly come back.

I had what I can only describe as the best facial of my life with Lola. I booked in for the The Ultimate Repair facial, which included LED and intra-oral buccal massage. Lola made me feel calm and relaxed and my skin was soft and glowing after, cannot recommend this facial enough!

I had the Skin Polish Resurfacing Facial today with Nicole and it was absolutely wonderful. My skin feels so refreshed, and the lymphatic massage at the end was the perfect finishing touch. Nicole was professional, welcoming and made the whole experience so relaxing. I left feeling completely pampered. Highly recommend!
