Louie was amazing to see for acupuncture. I went to see them for ongoing shoulder pain. The consultation was thorough looking at all aspects of my health. Louie explained in detail how the acupuncture needles would be placed, how it would feel and reassured me throughout the session. The space is beautiful and calming. I tried Neo's cupping massage for my lower back pain, and it was a revelation. He uses running/gliding cups with oil first to warm up the tissue, then places stationary cups on my major trigger points. The negative suction pressure decompressed my tight fascia way better than traditional downward pressure. The circular marks faded in a few days, but the relief was instant.

I had acupuncture for my lower back pain and knee pain. Yan took time to understand my issue and explained the process step by step. My pain has reduced significantly after just one session. A very professional and caring therapist!
