I have tried many massage therapists over the years due to my chronic back pain from freelance massage therapists to those in big spa chains and I can honestly say this is the best place for a strong deep tissue massage I have had and is the only place I will now go to. Although it is out of my way as I live on the other side of London it is worth the time and definitely value for money.

This is my third treatment. Miriem, who was recommended to me, is thorough, knowledgeable and warm, and goes the extra mile to ensure that I get results (she knows I'm willing to undergo more pain for better results). Treatment results will take more time to show fully but it's looking good so far. Prices are very reasonable, especially given the degree of knowledge and experience that Miriem. I especially like that Miriem gives good recommendations for products when prompted, and never tries to sell anything that's unsolicited. I look forward to having more treatments!

I had a cupping (Hojama) session today – it was done so professionally and completely pain-free! I felt deeply relaxed and refreshed afterward. The whole experience exceeded my expectations, and I’m incredibly satisfied with the results. Highly recommended!

I had acupuncture for my lower back pain and knee pain. Yan took time to understand my issue and explained the process step by step. My pain has reduced significantly after just one session. A very professional and caring therapist!

This place is absolutely amazing, I arrived stressed and disheveled and emerged hours later looking and feeling like a different person! The staff are so lovely (and were very tolerant of my frantically trying to send last minute pre-holiday emails mid treatment) and all the services I booked (haircut & blowdry, full body wax, gel pedicure, BIAB, massage) were top class. And on top of that, the memberships are probably the best bargain in London right now - I thought it was too good to be true until my lovely experience today! Run don’t walk!

What an amazing first time ever experience I had with nurse Jodie ! Went for my first Lip filler and I was so worried about pain as my threshold isn't great and there's some PTSD also to take into account, BUT ... Jodie was so gentle and professional I didn't feel anything apart from a slight pinch now and then. I absolutely loved my experience and I booked other treatments already since I trust Jodie to give me truthful advice and proper care ❤️

I was suffering from the effects of an ashiq jinn, which caused me a lot of emotional, mental, and physical difficulties. I visited a raqi who performed ruqyah according to the Qur'an and Sunnah. Throughout the session, I felt safe, respected, and spiritually supported. Alhamdulillah, after the ruqyah, the jinn was destroyed, and I felt a huge sense of relief, peace, and strength returning to my life. Great! Alisson really listed to my requests and gave me exactly what I asked for. He took the time to show me alternate ways of styling my new haircut. I love it! He and all of the staff were very personable, sharing recommendations for some of their favorite local restaurants with us as they knew that we were visiting. Will return next time I am in London.

Charis’s treatments are incredible! I’ve been to a few body contouring places in London and she is by far the best. She knows her stuff and I’m already seeing a difference after only two sessions- would highly recommend!

I came here for a cupping session for the first time and it went a breeze. Ayesha who did my cupping was so welcoming and genuine, throughout the process I was so comfortable and felt no pain. I was soooo relaxed and very well looked after. She had the best vibes and a lot of positive energy. I will definitely be coming back.

Always such a personalised professional experience with Alex and Kevin. They make you feel relaxed and have you walking out feeling incredible and on top of the world. The best experience I've had in London so far. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and I was offered a drink. Then another lady washed ans prepared my hair for the cut. She was lovely and professional at the same time. Hakan then took time to listen to what I wanted and also had great suggestions based on my hair type. The attention to detail, precision and effort he put into my haircut and blow out were incredible. He's a true magician! Highly recommended.

I had 2 treatments wood therapy massage and a facial. I was extremely impressed with both my treatments. I also had a treatment trial of acupuncture OMG i felt the difference immediately i would totally recommend acupuncture. I have a fear of needles but honestly didn't feel any of them. I am definitely booking the full acupuncture treatment also I'm gonna try the vaginal steaming. Charis has blessed hands the ambience, all top tier. Thank you again Charis I feel like a new person.
