Have been having pretty acute back pain and could barely walk when I arrived. I expected not to be able to cope but didn’t feel any ill effects, or pain, for a full 90 minutes while on the bed. Got up to walk and the pain was back, HOWEVER, did as Rico suggested, upped the fluids went to bed early and hey-presto I am a changed woman. Managed a full day of work the day after and 3000 steps, much better than the few hundred steps I’ve been ‘shuffling’ beforehand. Thank you Rico and see you next week!!

Just amazing , I came in with a really sore neck and shoulders due to stress , Beth worked her magic , managed to loosen some really big knots ! Left feeling totally relaxed and no more pain .

Trialled & error many sports therapists in Liverpool over the years and none have compared to Jenny. So thorough in everything and I learn something new every time I visit. Top! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jenny is extremely passionate, dedicated and professional in what she does. Having not done anything of this nature in the past, I went to her with a muscle tightness in my pec/shoulder and some mobility issues. She provided a thorough assessment, was clear with detailed explanations and her personality makes you feel at ease straight away. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone in the Liverpool area in need of support.

Jenny's helped me through a couple of injuries in the past an I'm now thankfully at a stage where I'm injury and pain free so this visit was mainly for maintenance. Jenny managed to find and work on a few troublesome areas around I was unaware of untill she began to work on them. I'm in no doubt they would have led to problems down the line if untreated so the visit was definitely worthwhile. As always Jenny was friendly and informative and happy to answer questions. Jenny has helped me recover from a debilitating arm/hand injury through consistently providing great treatments as well as comprehensive information on exercises I could do at home that has ultimately left me pain free and enabled me to get back to full strength. She's super professional and very good at getting to the root of the issue quickly - i'd highly recommend her to anyone with ongoing pain or muscular problems, hands down one of the best practitioners I've been treated by over the years.

First visit went really well. Jenny gave me a good consultation asking the right questions to understand what treatment I need. She the worked on my back and neck which eased up the pain that I have been having. Looking forward to the next visit.

Such a gorgeous experience from start to finish, I didn’t want it to end. Rachel herself has the most incredible aura about her, I felt instantly relaxed and safe and switched off completely. My treatment was simply gorgeous, I came out so much lighter mentally and physically !
