Love the staff and the services they provide. Yoon is the sweetest and most caring aesthetician I've ever had. She does her best to find the right solution for your skin problems, but she goes beyond above when the results aren't as expected. I've never seen this kind of customer service in my life! Not only is she very knowledgeable, but so are the other staff members. I was also serviced by Adam before too with RMT massage and he did so well to locate my very difficult neck/shoulder issue. Highly recommended to give this spot a try, you won't regret a thing!! This should be 6stars, not 5!!

I came to this massage studio all the way from Durham Region as I have been in a lot of muscle pain all over the body in the last couple of days and i am so happy with the decision i have made not to cancel this appointment even tough this place is a 40-50 min drive for me one way. I am so happy with the entire experience by Maritoni Oponda. She has gold hands as I have never had anyone reach all the tender spots the way she has. I highly recommend her services and this studio. They truly care for their customers and offer an excellent and caring experience.

This appointment was a gift for my husband. He works two jobs that cause a lot of muscle tension and pain, and he said it was the best massage therapy he has ever had. The therapist, Maritoni, was very professional and knowledgeable! and gave clear, detailed explanations. Christian at the reception was very welcoming and kind. We will definitely be coming back. I had a really pleasant experience during my facial. The esthetician was gentle, professional, and explained each step of the process. My skin felt very clean, hydrated, and noticeably smoother right after the treatment. I had really bad frozen shoulder for months, and the pain at night was so bad that I could barely sleep. After my very first massage with Adam, I finally started sleeping more comfortably. On my second visit, he took the time to clearly explain what was causing the pain and showed me easy exercises I could do at home, all while giving a great massage. That made a huge difference for me. I honestly think of Adam as my doctor. I’m very happy with the treatment and already looking forward to my next visit!

I visit them because I have neck pain. The next day, I woke up with less pain, and by the next day, it had completely disappeared. Thanks Maritoni

Adam was very professional. As soon as I walked in, he asked me about the pain I was experiencing. I explained that I had shoulder pain and stiffness in my neck. After the first session, I already started feeling much better. Highly recommended!

As professional as always. Immediate and long lasting effect.

Clinic was timely, organized with intake forms and appt reminders; place was very clean; all staff were kind and accommodating, our couple's massage was in a well-lit room that had blinds and allowed some sunlight in, which I loved; my partner and I each had a quality 1hr full-body massage. The only tip I would make is to have a longer massage table with more padding; I'm 5'7" and the table felt small, thin. *I was still comfortable, but as my toes were at the end of the table, I imagine it could be awkward short for anyone taller, or awkward stiff for patients with pain/sensitivites. I’ve been coming here for over a year and every visit is always a pleasant experience. I’ve been dealing with upper back and neck tension causing headaches due to daily stress and lack of stretching - and Adam has greatly helped me improve. Besides the amazing deep tissue massage that targets those problem areas, he also gives me stretches to do at home in between visits. I always leave feeling relaxed and assured.

Floren targeted my pain points with precision, especially my nagging shoulder pain. I walked out feeling lighter and almost pain-free. Lotus is now my go-to spot, and I can't wait to return. Absolutely amazing experience! I got a massage and facial. It was beyond expectations. The massage was explained in detail and an assessment was done to ensure the right treatment was given. The facial has my face glowing, as well a lot of details to make sure what I wanted out of it was given. Will definitely be returning!
