Nixie was nice, she was running about 30 minutes behind. I would have appreciated a phone call stating that she was running late and ask if I could push my appointment back. Because she was running late I felt like she rushed through the appointment. This was my first time meeting Nixie. She didnt say hi or introduce herself she just told me to head over to the sink and started washing before even asking what I wanted to do with my hair. She didnt attempt to have conversation with me and chatted with another staff member throughout session(yelling across the salonat times) The cut itself great

Christine, the owner, is very very good with color and cut. Probably the only salon in the Pittsburgh area that still uses Framesi hair color, from Italy . It makes all the difference. lastly, the salonists don’t jump from client to client like other salons. When you get an appointment here, it is your appointment for the entire time. I wasn’t sure exactly what/ who I wanted.l as my nails were so short and ruined from acrylic nails. When I got there I found the woman barely spoke English. which honestly worried me as I had questions. She used a translator on her phone to tell me what she suggested with my nails being way too short. They turned out great though! I would definitely go back there and to the woman.

Bailey was absolutely amazing! I was a little hesitant on getting a lash lift after a negative experience at another salon but she exceeded my expectations! Explained the whole process as she did everything and got my lashes to a level I didn’t know they could curl to! She was so friendly and informative! Price is very affordable and is a great option for people who don’t want the upkeep of lash extensions. I will absolutely be back!
