Not only is Elsa amazing at what she does, she's also super friendly and easy to chat to. I booked my appointment quite last minute but she was still able to accommodate me. I couldn't be more happy with my nails. The design looks beautiful, can't wait to show it off to my friends and family! My nails and cuticles were quite rough but she was able to rescue them :) 10/10 would absolutely recommend and will be going back.

First soak off after a couple of months of biab and my nails look and feel fab and strong, over the moon and excited to resume biab after my nails have a breather😊
