Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!

Lovely experience with Muryem for lashes yesterday. Not only was she ok with me arriving early she very kindly added on an eyebrow tidy up/threading since I’d forgotten to add it to my booking. I also saw some fantastic cut and colour customers there too.

What a lovely place, so welcoming and such a warm friendly atmosphere. Can't believe I haven't been here before and didn't know about this place. They really looked after me more than I could have asked for. Bita was so professional, warm and helped me feel at ease during our appointment. She really took care of my hair, spent her time styling my hair and the fringe cut was lovely. Left feeling like a different person 💖✂️ Merci!! Deffo will be back 😊

If you want to leave a hair salon feeling brand new and completely reborn, Lolo's is the place to go! I decided to go from blonde to brunette and was both nervous and excited about such a big change. Kaci was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, carefully explaining everything and making sure I felt 100% confident in my decision. I couldn’t not leave a review after the insane transformation Kaci gave me. I am absolutely over the moon with the results and I have never received so many compliments regarding my hair before. She somehow managed to transform me from almost ‘jet black’ hair too my ‘copper’ dreams! Everything I wanted. My hair still felt so healthy afterwards, even after deciding I wanted a blonde money piece after I saw how well she lifted my hair and kept the healthy condition. We achieved this colour in one sitting! And her experience in extensions, it’s literal wizardry. I couldn’t be happier.

Thorough as usual. Good service and treatment.
