I really liked the nails when I left but the French tip they had chipped off really bad within a day. I don’t know if this was my fault or the way it was done so unfortunately I did go and get them re done as I didn’t want chipped nails for my Holliday and the shop wasn’t open on Sunday to speak with them. Regardless of this the design was done really well and I did love them when I left! Would recommend Chloe as she is extremely creative and up to the task with weird and wonderful designs.

Been coming since FNGel first opened... all these years later still going strong... started my biab journey after years of biting my nails. Now they are long and strong. Was in today and Abbey did an incredible job. Definitely a Cateye girly now!! Thanks Team your all amazing 🥰

There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. They are different from other hair salons that have a one nail table and few colors ..so I recommend to anyone local customer around this shop also I come from city centre Birmingham it was 3 mailege but it's worth

Incredible experience having a Hollywood wax, hard gel extensions and hydra facial. I felt very looked after and Loveleen goes above and beyond to provide a caring and professional experience. If you’re thinking of booking in, just do it!! You won’t regret it 😍

Friendly atmosphere, fabulous nail art deaigns from all staff. Salon Will always try to accommodate. Ive been attending this salon and their previous one for years. Even though ive moved out the area to the other side of Birmingham I still make time in my schedule to attend an appointment as finding a good nail technician is priceless. 🖤💅

Lovely hydrafacial Thankyou

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.
