I had a wonderful facial with Melissa. She was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain each step of the treatment, why it was being done, and how it benefits my skin, which made the whole experience feel very personal and reassuring. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and much more informed about my skin. I’ve already booked to go back next month and I’m really looking forward to it. Highly recommend! ✨💆‍♀️

I took a chance on Gingerlily based on the reviews I read online and I wasn't disappointed. I've been looking for a foot treatment that focuses more on a massage than a pedicure and that's exactly what I got. I absolutely loved that majority of the treatment was spent massaging my legs and feet. The pedicure part was nice, although my cuticles were left feeling very sensitive after the treatment. The welcome was warm, the place is cosy and my therapist was friendly and made me feel comfortable during my time there. We'll definitely be returning to try out the other treatments.

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!
