I had an 1-hour massage and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean and welcoming. The therapist was professional, attentive and took the time to ask about any areas of tension before starting. The pressure was perfect throughout the session, and they really focused on the spots that needed the most attention. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably less tense. It was exactly what I needed!

I look forward to my visits to Wendy. She never rushes you and advises on the best treatments for your skin type. I have the non surgical facial and my skin feels refreshed and looks brighter after. Wendy takes good care of you, making you feel relaxed and pampered. It’s a real treat and I would highly recommend.

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

AMAZING!
