Best massage I have had, Sarah-Jayne is an excellent therapist, felt immediate benefits from my treatment, her care and attention was 1st class, the ambience of the room was perfect, helping to put me at ease. Sarah-Jayne is so knowledgeable in her craft, but also has the personal touch to make the experience so special. I would highly recommend this form of massage to newcomers, as a 1st timer myself, I will be booking further treatments, in the next few months.

Absolutely dreamy. First massage after having a baby, and felt like she listened and adapted massage perfectly to what I needed. So relaxing de stressed!

I have never had a Yoga massage before but I can honestly say this was the best massage I have ever had. It was absolutely relaxing and I felt totally invigorated. Will definitely be going back.

I can’t speak highly enough of Sarah & her professional expertise. She is amazing at what she does & has created a lovely new space for Sage Studio. I arrive feeling 150 years old with a body to match & leave on cloud 9. Not only is the experience thoroughly relaxing but very effective too. Don’t hesitate to book a massage with her, it’s totally worth it.
