I often feel after a massage 'relaxing but wish it got into more knots' or 'was deep but harsh now I feel tenser, wish it was more relaxing'. Well Rich knows what he's doing. A lot of knotted muscles released and I feel much less tense allover. Much more relaxed. The practice area is clean and bright. Also great value treatment! In had sports massage, some hot stones incorporated too.

Been to see Rich a few times now and have a couple more sessions booked in prior to Brighton in April. He is very professional offers humour to distract me from the required pain and I always feel nice and refreshed afterwards. Definitely recommend

As always an amazing massage this week
