Great session with Sabin brother - explained everything clearly. Gave me a brief and concise initial assessment, followed by a thorough sports massage/cupping therapy procedure. I recently had a massage that specifically targeted my neck, back, and shoulders. She began with gentle strokes to warm up my muscles, gradually increasing pressure to address tension in my neck and shoulders. I was amazed at how quickly I felt the stress melting away as she kneaded out knots and tightness. I would highly recommend this type of massage; it's a perfect way to unwind and recharge, leaving you refreshed and revitalised.
