Hallelujah! Been waiting for Sam to return to massages from previously using her services a few years ago and it was certainly worth the wait. Sam came to my home this evening on time with a friendly welcome and a prompt set up. I had already filled out a consultation form online so she could go through anything with me. She is very professional, trustworthy, hygienic, personable, amazing pressure and really takes the time to listen to what you want to achieve. Highly recommend! Thankyou Sam x

Had the perfect facial at Refined Radiance today. The room was warm and welcoming. I received a consultation so the facial could be adapted to my needs and concerns. Every part of the treatment was explained in detail and the pressure of massage was perfect. I didn’t want it to end! Felt glowing and relaxed afterwards. I can’t wait to go back. IKhair in Newbury is an amazing hairdressers. All the staff are excellent.

Great first experience at Elcot Park Retreat and I really appreciated not feeling rushed. I left with a great hair cut which was just what I wanted hence the 5***** review. It’s a beautiful setting too so worth a ten minute drive from Newbury.
