From the first minute I walked in for my first appointment, Jade made me feel comfortable and valued as a client. Her skills and technique are far superior to any of the 4 previous lash technicians I've been to over the past 5 years and even hubby said she's a keeper and he couldn't stop staring at me for the first 3 days. Even my boss complimented me! Definitely happy that I found Pretty Little Lashes and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

This was my first time seeing Jade. It was so easy to book with her. She gave me so much detail about the process before I even saw her. I have had allergic reactions to previous eye lashes. I explained all of this to Jade. She checked in on me the next day and also the day after that. On my second day my upper eye lid was a little swollen but nothing compared to what happened to me before. I tried the UV lashes and I am very happy with how they look and feel. Thank you Jade for an awesome experience
