Very pleased. She was lovely and knowledgeable. She provided me with options but wasn’t pushy. Very kind but professional and made me feel comfortable which is really good to be honest as I don’t normally use salons or have treatments so I am a little out of my comfort zone. I was extremely nervous attending my appointment as I have a needle phobia but Nikita totally put me at ease , she applied numbing cream to the areas she was injecting & I didn’t feel a thing , she explained everything what she was doing & guided me through the treatment, she was very patient with me & I felt calm & relaxed throughout.
