I had my microneedling and dermaplaning treatment with Francesca today, and it was such a great experience! She was kind, friendly, and very professional throughout. Francesca took her time and followed every step carefully while making sure I was comfortable the whole time. The clinic was clean, calm, and welcoming, which made the visit even better. I’m new in town, and I’m so glad I found the right place on my first visit. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend her.

Francesca really knows what shes doing, and she tailored the intensity of the treatment as my skin has gotten stronger. Was rather nervous as it was the first time having the treatment and was unsure to go ahead. Sam absolutely made me feel at ease, what a really lovely friendly person she is! We talked about what I wanted and throughout the treatment, Sam was reassuring me and telling me step by step. The end result......... amazing!!! Absolutely chuffed and wish I had had it done sooner!
