Karen put me at ease. Talked through my wants and expectations before carrying out thorough mapping. Got to see a mock up before proceeding. Very reassuring as she was covering decades old freehand stuff. Talked me through every step before and during her work, making sure I was comfortable. Thrilled with the results which exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Karen
