Charlotte, what an absolute pleasure it was to meet you this evening, you made me feel so welcome and conversation was just flowing which made me feel at ease having microneedling done for the first time, explaining everything in detail step by step, asking if the pressure was ok and that I was comfortable at all times. Karolina is a true professional, she has tremendous patience and is thorough with her consultations to ensure that you are 100% happy to proceed. I m very sensitive to pain, but her techniques ensure that this is minimized. Highly recommend HA Aesthetics.
