First time having lip augmentation, the treatment from start to finish was amazing, was put at ease straight away with Liv’s friendly welcome. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my face, Liv, always ensures I understand the procedures and the aftercare required, If she thinks I do not need a specific treatment, she will advise against it, and talk me through my options. I get so many compliments on my skin and how youthful i look at 41! It's all down to Liv looking after me. I have had many treatments, tear trough, Polys, Botox, Skin boosters, to name a few! Liv will only administer if she thinks its required, hence the natural youth looking appearance. I could not be happier with the results, and I would highly recommend. 10/10.

I had an Obagi peel, a skin scan and a Skintrinsiq treatment with Charlotte and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Her knowledge is incredible she explains everything so clearly and you can tell she genuinely knows her stuff. She’s so friendly, chatty and easy to be around, which made the appointment really relaxed and enjoyable. I felt completely informed throughout and my skin is already glowing. I had my appointment today for a lip blush treatment and, as always, I was welcomed into a friendly and professional environment. Even though my pain tolerance isn’t the best, I felt well looked after and reassured throughout the process. She made me feel comfortable and at ease, and I always have a great experience when I come in for my lip treatments. Highly recommend!

I would only trust Liv for my treatments , she cares about her clients & does the treatment that is best for them. 100% professional and a welcoming salon, I’ve been going to Liv for a few years now wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Holly has so much knowledge and advised me on exactly what treatments I need in future. She takes so much care and precision and made me feel completely at ease as this was my first ever facial! So professional yet friendly🫶🏽

Lovely clean salon. Charlotte was very polite and explained my treatment clearly. I was sent a text with an aftercare form directly after treatment. A very good all round experience. Can't wait to have my second treatnent and my eyebrows done too.

My 3rd and final polynucleotide treatment tonight and the difference I have seen is just amazing. I suffer with bad dark circles and my skin has been lightened so much and my crepe lines gone, i have tried all sorts in this area for years with different people and Liv is the only practitioner who has been able to make a difference. Forever grateful and cant wait for my next treatment with her!

What can I say ! Today is exactly what I have needed for a LONGGGG time :) Charlotte answered all my questions, was so educated and give me so much good advice for my skin ! I could not recommend the micro needling facial enough - my face is so baby soft and the glow is insane ! And this is the same day ! Can't wait to see the final results in a few weeks ! Liv is the queen of facial rejuvenation and has managed to make me look like an A lister ready for a red carpet event.
