My new favourite facial! Perfect balance of skin treatments and relaxation. Loved the massages, oils and sculpt techniques, plus completely relaxed and fell asleep. Perfect!

First time visiting and definitely not the last. Booked in for a facial, and Traci was great. Before starting, I told Traci about a neck/shoulder problem I was having , and she really made sure that I got the full benefits of the treatment without irritating my problem. It honestly was the best facial I've ever had. Afterwards Traci and Chloe both took the time to discuss further treatments to help improve my problem areas. I will definitely be returning soon to start work on them. Thank you both xx

I had Botox and Profillo treatments with Suki after a consultation about my skin and the look I wanted to achieve. Once she completely the treatments I noticed the difference in a few days! I get so many compliments on my skin and general looks now and it’s all down to the skill and precision she uses. I would highly recommend her, you won’t regret it xx

Had a chemical peel this morning. Suki always is friendly tells me step by step what she's going to do. All products used are to the highest quality my skin is glowing always give me my after care. Treatment include botox, micro needling, vitamin B12 and a chemical peel. Thank you Suki for making me feel so good

Had the best time with Monicha! Spent the weekend in Birmingham so that I can get my full face done with a couple of sessions! It was definitely worth! Can’t wait to see the results! 🙏🏽

Went to see Monicha again for my skin blemish removal follow up and for a facial, as always, a wonderful, calm and relaxing experience. I lay there confidently knowing I was in the best, meticulous hands and walked out of the clinic GLOWING. Thank you so much Monicha. I visited Suki for the first time and it felt like I’d known her forever. Very welcoming and friendly. Went for dermaplaning, first time having the treatment and everything was explained well. Suki also informed of facials that she could offer with the dermaplaning. It’s rude to refuse so had a micro needling facial when there. Again everything was explained to me before during and after. Suki checking the whole time I was ok. Aftercare was advised, Suki texting a few days later to see if all is ok and can help with anything. My skin is glowing and feels fine. Salon very clean and professional

Just had my second herbal peel facial and I'm looking forward to seeing the results. After my first treatment I noticed that my skin was smoother, clearer and was less prone to breakouts. I really enjoyed my treatment with Lucy. It was a skin re surfacing treatment and I was slightly nervous however Lucy explained every process thoroughly and checked on my well-being throughout. Lucy also explained how my skin would feel for the next few days as well as aftercare. I bought my home care products and was made fully up to speed on how to use them. What an incredible experience, from start to finish I was welcomed by lucy herself and a lovely lady in reception it was warm and inviting. I was lead into the most beautiful room it was cosy and incredibly relaxing, soft lighting and calming music played. I felt completely at ease. I lay on the most luxurious heated bed with a snuggly throw. Lucy has clearly taken the time to make sure her customers comfort is a priority.
