I am nearing the end of the course of 8 sessions now and this has changed my life, its more then the actual sessions at Shrink its the whole lifestyle change that goes along with this. The first appointment of my course was really good. Lucille put me at ease and talked through the scan/measurements and took time to gather further information on my goals. She is really knowledgeable on nutrition and has given me some good tips. I was so relaxed I fell asleep during one of the treatments. I also learnt a lot of new information to help with my health goals.

Lucille so obviously cares deeply that her clients gain great results and have a brilliant experience while getting there. She is really knowledgable about matters of health and nutrition and answers all my many questions patiently and comprehensively. Loving it!

It was excellent. The process was explained perfectly and then we reviewed diets and health in general very informative.
