I've known the owner for several years. I was at her grand opening and she showed me her setup. I booked my appointments. I found that Juanita to be friendly and made me comfortable and relax. The waxing experience was fantastic she explained the procedure and before I knew it, it was done. I can say she keeps the area very clean and sanitized. I can honestly say I will be back. This was my second visit, if I could I would rate Juanita's business 10 stars. I highly recommend Butterfly Wax and Beauty LLC in Mesa the services are very affordable.

I went to a franchise place when first trying waxing and it was horribly painful. I was really hesitant but wanted to try one independent shop before swearing it off. Juanita was amazing. She really took care of me. She educated me and really broke down some of the issues I was having with my skin. She was thorough and really took her time.
