Greg did a fabulous job listening to me share how I wanted to adjust the hairstyle cut I had gotten initially from the hairstyle photo that inspired me to go from mid-length hair to a short length hairstyle. Grateful for his expertise to adjust my hairstyle based on my needs. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

I had the massage with mini facial. Very relaxing environment and very good massage and facial. I didn't know areas of my body needed to be massaged until I got the massage today. I left feeling lighter just from the massage.

Absolutely loved my session. She targeted my upper back like I asked and it feels so much better! Very sweet and customer focused. Definitely give her a visit!

She took the time to understand my exact needs and tailored her services specific to me. I greatly appreciate her. Job well done!

I did a Curly Girl Keratin treatment and I love how juicy my curls are now! I love that my stylist is committed to ongoing training 🙌 I love that when I sit in anyone's chair in the salon they have ideas 🥰 AND my preferences in mind. I love the be curly line by Aveda.

I booked an appointment for my daughter to get her hair and makeup done for her 8th grade dance. This was the first time I had been to Venue Salon. The inside is immaculate and everyone there is super welcoming and friendly. Belinda did a fantastic job! My daughter was extremely happy with the way her hair and makeup turned out. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you for such a great first experience!! I booked an appointment to come back for hair extensions!

I adore this salon. From the initial greeting, the stylist (Amanda is a miracle worker with my hair), and then checking out is a welcoming and relaxing experience.

Jackie is the best! Her facials are heavenly and waxing services are quick & efficient. Jackie really is the best esthetician in Lakeland!!

Everybody at the salon is very friendly and professional. Chrystal did my hair and did an amazing job. She is very precise when she cuts your hair. Also shows different ways to style your hair. That was very helpful to me as I get stuck in a ruthless some times. I highly recommend the salon aswell as Chrystal.
