Always a fabulous experience with Liv. I love going to my appointment, we have a lovely chat and I get a first class waxing service for the pleasure! I have recommended Liv to friends who have been waxed for years by the same person who after going to Liv, also now won’t go anywhere else! To be completely honest Liv is out of this world amazing. I have been visiting for nearly a year and I have to say that its something I look forward to. I go for the chat and the laugh and I am lucky enough to leave waxed and relaxed. Liv has created a lovely, inviting environment that even if you are new to waxing it wont be be scary. I’m originally from Brazil, the place that invented the “Brazilian wax” and I have to say they are really good at waxing. Liv is better. And it’s all due to her professionalism and charismatic personality. She turns a usually unpleasant situation into a lovely hour chatting away with a “friend”. She changed that time for me from dreading it to looking forward to my wax! After 17 years living here in Wales, I finally found the best professional to do my waxing!

Liv is amazing. Both my daughter and I get waxed by her, and she is absolutely fantastic. She makes you feel so at ease and is extremely professional. Her little studio is spotless and beautifully presented. Liv is also so friendly. I honestly never thought getting waxed wouldn’t feel like a chore—but it’s actually something you look forward to!

Liv is fabulous at what she does. I always recommend her to everyone! Sometime this type of treatment can be awkward, but not with Liv. The appointment always flys by, Liv makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed, we spend the whole appointment chatting away :) More importantly the wax is always clean, best I have had! I have been a client with Liv for less than 6 months, but feel like I have been going to her forever, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now!
