Thought I would invest a little in myself from just the normal waxing etc. I had a lash lift & tint a couple of weeks ago & tonight I had my brows tinted. My brows look amazing, Vanessa is just so talented & knows exactly what you need. If I don’t find my ‘lobster’ now looking as amazing as I do, nothing will work. Go on, treat yourself, you won’t be disappointed. It’s Let’s Relax all the way for me. They are the ‘Michelin’ salon in my opinion.

I’ve been going to Donna for years, and have followed her from salon to salon. I am beyond delighted for her that she’s now her own boss. She’s not just an incredibly skilled nail tech and beautician, she’s also kind, sassy, and just the right amount of bad assy! Every visit is more than just a beauty appointment, it’s a catch-up, a laugh, and a little escape from the everyday. Donna always makes you feel welcome, valued, and fabulous. Her attention to detail is second to none, and she somehow always knows exactly what you need, whether it’s a glam new set of nails or just a good old natter.

My nails turned out perfect—beautiful shape, smooth finish, and the design was exactly what I wanted (if not better!). Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Waxing isn’t pleasant let’s be honest but Fiona advised lots of exfoliation and moisturising before which made it a whole lot better than my previous experience.

Lovely experience. Staff at Frankies went that extra mile to enable me to park on their drive - school sports day opposite so no parking- then I was able to let Donna do her wonderful magic with my nails in her new salon. Thanks to all. I'd recommend Donna to anyone she's gentle, but so good at what she does.

Not only chuffed with my beautiful hot pink nails, but left feeling a ton lighter because I got to sit and natter for an hour with not only my family, but good friend. Donna’s beauty room is gorgeous and also set in a modern, stylish salon with a really friendly team.

Fiona arrived on time and my waxing, eyebrow tint and nails perfectly done. Thoroughly recommend her for treatments at home.
