Every treatment I have at Enerchi is always a true joy and a real treat. I was running 5 minutes late and flustered but the staff always make you feel so calm and are always kind. Each treatment always feels ‘above and beyond’ and very good value. Similarly they always try and fit me in for an appointment if I call up at short notice too. Final shout out for the stunning window displays all year round! It’s a real precious haven in Penarth.

Always a pleasure to see jade , I don’t live locally but when visiting family in Penarth I like to book in , a fantastic salon ☺️

I have been going to Ener-Chi in Penarth for just over a year and every beauty therapist that I have seen has done a great job. Today, Eloise tinted my eyebrows and eyelashes. She always listens to what I want and is gentle with removing the tint so my eyes don’t sting. Great job and I highly recommend the salon.

First time visiting Nail Spa today and it was a fab experience and the staff were super friendly which made the experience and atmosphere more relaxing. Would definitely recommend if you live in Penarth

The staff here in Nail Spa not only excellent on what they’re paid for but also very accommodating and flexible. With the latter you can’t find that anywhere else in Penarth, more so in Cardiff. The effort is very much appreciated. Very much highly recommended, give them a try and you will never have to go to any other salon again.

The best nail bar I´ve been to in Cardiff. Salah is great, very kind and professional. I got a simple manicure done and my nails look perfect. I will definitely repeat! The salon is very clean and has many polisher colours to choose. Also, the location is great - right in the entrance of Penarth with plenty of free parking space.

I've started to have beauty treatments (facials) in Beauty box Penarth in January 2023. From the first time I was impressed with the client service. It is lovely going there. It is so relaxing and I have the confidence that they take care of my skin because they use a high quality products and have the knowledge and expirience . A great first visit to the clinic with a very thorough consultation for IPL Laser hair removal which left me feeling very confident about the process. I booked in for further treatment there and then, and had my eye brows waxed too!

This was the first appointment I booked with Beauty box and I was a little nervous going for a wax with someone new, but I shouldn’t of been. The lady who waxed me was so friendly and professional. I now have a new place to go for my waxing 10/10! 100% recommend this place for waxing

Staff are polite and friendly , the salon was clean and welcoming. I had my brows and lashes done, Paige listened to my request and did a beautiful job. She was clean and efficient. No wax residue left on my face or random dye marks like other places. I Will be going again

I can’t praise you enough, you make me feel at ease, nothing is too much trouble. A pleasure to talk to. Professional and really friendly. Never have any issues with laser hair removal, its actually making the skin less irritated as less shaving. I recommend highly. Thank you x
