The space is quiete and not overly packed and busy like most salons. Nic is direct, honest, lovely and an incredible hairdresser that actually understands the assignment and is so efficient I simply cannot recommend her enough!

Fabulous intimate waxing from a very professional Caryl, lovely salon in a great location with car parking. Highly recommended.

Jo is so, so welcoming, making you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door. She is knowledgeable and professional and although she offers an ever increasing range of treatments and procedures, there is no pressure, she just wants you to feel good about yourself, which I did as I left the salon today with my new brows, (lost through alopecia). No more pencilling them in every morning, for at least 6 months, bliss! I thoroughly recommend you give JM a whirl! Just fabulous!

I have been going to Ener-Chi in Penarth for just over a year and every beauty therapist that I have seen has done a great job. Today, Eloise tinted my eyebrows and eyelashes. She always listens to what I want and is gentle with removing the tint so my eyes don’t sting. Great job and I highly recommend the salon.

Was recommended by a friend and I had such a welcoming friendly experience. Went for my first ever wax and I couldn’t have been made to feel more comfortable! Carly made me feel super at ease and was really easy/lovely to chat to during the waxing process. Will be returning for sure! 10/10
