Loved the experience at Lavender Loft, Hermione gave me a great haircut. They are based inside Chairs salon, which had a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. My hair looks and feels great, I'm so pleased with it. The salon has a car park so it's really convenient.

The space is quiete and not overly packed and busy like most salons. Nic is direct, honest, lovely and an incredible hairdresser that actually understands the assignment and is so efficient I simply cannot recommend her enough!

This is the best hair salon I have visited. Had my hair done by Teigan. What a fabulous hairdresser. My colour, cut and blow dry is wonderful so pleased. Highly recommend. Also Helen has done my hair and highly recommend her as well. Best salon in Penarth.

It was my first time getting my hair done with Alice and it was outstanding. From the minute I entered the salon I felt welcomed and comfortable. She listened to my requests and gave me what I wanted, so much so that I booked my next appointment with her. Thank you for a job well done.

It has taken me a long time to find the right hairdresser . Im over the moon with Helen . Every appointment is relaxed. Helen has a wealth of experience and is very knowledgeable. I feel totally confident in her very capable hands, I wouldn't go anywhere else . I leave the salon after every visit 100% happy with the result x

As always, I’m never disappointed with Chloe’s services. The salon creates a really nice atmosphere & Chloe always takes good care to make sure I’m leaving 100% happy. I recommend Chloe to everyone as she’s always given me the best experience whether it’s a cut/colour or hair style.

I had an amazing appointment with Hayley (as always!) She went above and beyond to support me in going pink after a year of looking after (and elevating) my blonde. She made such an effort to share colour swatches with me in advance, making sure the colour was exactly like the reference photos I shared. During the appointment we couldn’t believe how much my hair had grown and how much thicker it was compared to a year ago - so healthy! Can’t recommend her and the salon enough - the best! ⭐️🥰

Always feel like a new women when I leave the salon. Helen is excellent, in fact I think she is a magician. My hair is so wild and unmanagable, but I always leave with it looking in the best condition. Thank you loads!
