She is extremely professional. I am used to have waxing, and almost all of previous times I had a lot of pain (also very sensitive) and she did her magic that the pain was normal, and afterwards she used a product that made the skin it very smooth. Thank you Mirella, and of course will come back for more!

I have moved to Peacehaven and was trying to find the best beauty studio around. I found Polished beauty (has the best ratings on Google) which thankfully had a slot for me on the same day. Charlotte is amazing. Making her clients feel welcomed and knows how to do nails beautifully and it was quick too. They have a great range of nail colors and their studio looks nice. Would definitely come back again and recommend to friends.

The best place for hot wax! Least painful place I’ve been to for waxing but also incredible facials! So relaxing with lots of massage included! Highly recommend!

Lovely experience with Polished and the ladies there. Make you feel very welcome and a nice friendly atmosphere. I came for extended bikini wax and BIAB nails with Holly. You can tell she takes great care in her work and the end result is I feel smooth and fabulous - all ready for my holiday! Altogether a lovely experience and looking forward to my next treatment.

Holly took great care with my waxing and does an amazing job of eyebrow shaping too. All done with such a lovely manner. All the staff at Polished Beauty are so genuine and lovely. It's a very pleasant salon to be in.
