To be completely honest Liv is out of this world amazing. I have been visiting for nearly a year and I have to say that its something I look forward to. I go for the chat and the laugh and I am lucky enough to leave waxed and relaxed. Liv has created a lovely, inviting environment that even if you are new to waxing it wont be be scary. I’m originally from Brazil, the place that invented the “Brazilian wax” and I have to say they are really good at waxing. Liv is better. And it’s all due to her professionalism and charismatic personality. She turns a usually unpleasant situation into a lovely hour chatting away with a “friend”. She changed that time for me from dreading it to looking forward to my wax! After 17 years living here in Wales, I finally found the best professional to do my waxing!

Everything about the Wax Club is so well thought out and professional. The setting is warm and comfortable, and Olivia is extremely personable and kind. I would not hesitate to recommend The Wax Club to anyone.

Liv is amazing. Both my daughter and I get waxed by her, and she is absolutely fantastic. She makes you feel so at ease and is extremely professional. Her little studio is spotless and beautifully presented. Liv is also so friendly. I honestly never thought getting waxed wouldn’t feel like a chore—but it’s actually something you look forward to!

First time for hot stone massage and I'll be back. Relaxing atmosphere, lovely scented oils to chose from. Skin is super soft. Professional and friendly, knowledgeable and explains exactly what is going to happen beforehand. Can't wait to book in again!!
