Yolande is AMAZING!!! I've tried several places in the area since moving to Chesterfield but I've finally found the right one. Hair, nails, massage, waxing - it's all brilliant. Definitely recommend to everyone. Super friendly and comfortable and great services, extremely good value.

First visit to see Ellie for a lash lift and brow wax and tint, from the start Ellie was lovely and very easy to get along with. I’m very happy with the results, I’ve had lash lifts before at previous places but never been so happy with them than what I was with Ellie, it genuinely looks like I have classic extensions on. As for my eyebrows, they were uneven and sparse, they look so much better now, Ellie asked if I was happy with them and if there was anything I’d like to change. I would 100% recommend Ellie West Beauty, lovely girl, amazing results and clean salon!xx

Great leg wax today with Sarah as ever, professional as always .

Amazing! I had my brows tinted and wax which is something I have regular with Kaitlyn. I also had a dermaplaning facial which was so relaxing! My face feels amazing and the music and atmosphere nearly had me snoozing. Thank you so much 💗

Having only ever had my brows laminated once before ( not at The. Nail & Beauty Lounge) I was apprehensive about going. However I shouldn’t have been. Georgia is a gem and listened to what I wanted. She was very professional and took great care and pride in what she was doing. I would highly recommend going to The Nail & Beauty Lounge for a brow lamination, tint and wax!

Fantastic visit to Yolande as always - lovely pamper pedicure and waxing. It’s become like visiting a friend with added beauty treatments ❤️

I saw a last minute nail appointment and booked quickly via messenger, while there I topped up with a lash tint and eyebrow wax and tint, I'm very grateful. Amy and Georgia offered advice and both very friendly.
