Exceptional Waxing Service – Highly Recommended! I had the pleasure of receiving a waxing service from Keon tonight, and as always, the experience was top-tier. From the moment I walk in Keon's studio, the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. The service itself was fast, with little to no pain, and the results were flawless! Lovely owner. Great service. I am a tourist over from the UK so was nervous about getting a wax from someone other than my regular one. I walked to the salon from Carlisle Bay but recommend getting a bus or taxi if you don’t like walking. Owner sent directions before apt with detailed instructions. Got a very warm welcome and she even cut my partners hair whilst he waited and put on paw patrol for my daughter. Wax was the exact same as back home. They listened to what my normal service was like and replicated it.

As always, Amarai did an excellent job with my pedicure. I appreocate her attention to detail and her wonderful customer service. I also like that she offers a very personalized service where it's you and her, one on one. Amarai also keeps her salon clutter free and clean. Love it!

the lady was hygienic, she completed the before care before waxing, the waxing itself was completed in 20-25mins, and the after care was also on point.

My experience with sugar waxing was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was so welcoming and comfortable. Shaniece was very kind, professional, and communicative throughout my entire wax, which really helped put me at ease. This was my first time going to her, and I can confidently say I’ll definitely be back. What I truly appreciated is that she doesn’t just focus on the wax itself, but also makes sure to prioritize aftercare, ensuring you know how to take care of your skin afterwards. I highly recommend her services!

The eperience at Luxe Gleam Studio was wonderful! I was very nervous at first, as I have a low pain tolerance. However, Shania's bubbly personality, along with her understanding and patience from the junp, immediately put me at ease. She was also very gentle, thorough and detailed oriented which boosted my confidence in her abilities. The laugher, the conversations, the professionalism, the compassion and the vibe are all the reasons I'll be a repeat client.

Overall it was a great experience. For a basic pedicure I was still treated as if I had paid for a Lux Pedicure. I will definitely be back and maybe to try waxing this time.
