Oliver was great. IV tried a lot of different physio's recovering from my injury without any improvement. Oliver got to the root of the problem, advised how I was performing the exercises and created a detailed exercise plan based specifically for myself. I have improvements in 2 weeks and almost back to full fitness already. Much appreciated, I'll certainly be re-booking.

Absolutely excellent! Time spent on thoroughly educating me on my injury, expected recovery times and exercises and then treatment accordingly whilst more explanations were given. For me, the why and the understanding is as important as the fix and I got all in spades. Also, only after one treatment I feel the benefits and less pain which has boosted me mentally. I am not surprised however as this is the reason I choose IM.

Brilliant post op lymphatic massages by Elizabeth. Elizabeth has been helping me work on my scars and the tissue surrounding them. I highly recommend Lymphatic massages after surgeries. I had a mummy makeover and arm lift and my body is already feeling so much better after lymphatic massages. The parking is easy and the space is lovely and warm and welcoming.

Oliver is extremely knowledgeable and skillful. He fixed my shoulder injury and is now future- proofing my legs for running into old age. He's devised warm-up programmes and training programmes for running and it's starting to feel like a game-changer. I feel stronger, fitter and more motivated. I'm even thinking about half-marathons, which for the last few years was completely unthinkable. Can't recommend Oliver enough.

Amazing, from start to finish. Went in feeling really swelled and puffy post surgery. Left feeling so much better and swelling massively reduced. Liz is so lovely to. Rebooked my next one. Can’t wait.

I had my first post-op lymphatic massage with Kat at The Contour Club, and it was amazing! She’s the nicest lady so kind, professional, and patient. She answered all of my questions and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. I can already feel a difference after just one session. I can’t wait to go back again! Hope x

Very professional, explained everything to me so I knew exactly what they were doing and the benefits of the treatment. Answered questions with a lot of knowledge and gave me some useful tips with regards to swelling.

* Highly skilled team that take time to understand your injury & what the contributing factors are * Provide you with exercises to support your recovery * Sign post to you to wider areas that also help with recovery (nutrition; sleep etc) * They don’t push for additional / too frequent sessions if that’s not needed to support your recovery * Cost of sessions are competitive & 100% value for money …..and for plonkers that don’t take the right clothing for their assessment, spares are available. Remember, depending on where your injury is, always wear / take shorts; sports bra / vest etc 🙃

Oliver was very welcoming, asked me about my injury and did a few tests to see what the problem was. He soon got to the bottom of it and will be giving me exercises and strength work to help me on my road to recovery.

Fantastic experience! I went to see Johnny due to a knee issue jm experiencing when running. He was super knowledgeable & got right down the issue straight away... I got some great advice on how to work with/around things due to upcoming competitions, safely. Rehab/recovery is in safe hands for sure!
