I have just finished a course of 10 rehab and pilates sessions with Susanna at Elite following a fractured femur earlier this year. Under her guidance i have made excellent progress in my recovery and am almost back to normal activities. Along with the treatment at Elite , Susanna gave me exercises to do at home also to aid the recovery. I highly recommend her.

I visited Ryan P with a running injury which had stopped me from running for nearly 2 weeks. Ryan was really understanding and empathetic and did a thorough examination of the injury. He explained how and why my injury had occurred and what I can do to prevent it in the future. After he shown me some stretches and had massaged my hip/leg/calf, I was able to put weight on my foot and walk normally which I had been struggling to do! I have received a programme of stretches to complete over the next week to continue to help my recovery.

Kajol was incredibly thorough & helpful. My pelvis is misaligned & the exercises she gave me are already helping to address this after only a few days & to reduce the pain. Sadly I don’t live locally or I would’ve 100% booked a course. Would highly recommend!

Had a really good assisted stretch session with Nathan, after just one session I can already feel the difference in my flexibility. Great friendly service, Nathan is very knowledgeable and explains things at every step. He also gave me exercises to do at home in between sessions, thank you!

Linsey is a fabulous physio. She is experienced & knowledgeable. She listens carefully and gives considered advice. She is also fun & very friendly. With her help, and a series of exercises over a couple of months my shoulder issue of several years is resolved. I am delighted. Highly recommend her.

I do like these sessions. First each session is different, some new exercises, some old horror stories 😁 second, if I have an ache or pain from another sport, that gets "special" attention. The tailoring and flexibility is fabulous

Always a pleasure coming to see Susana. She'll fix anything that's wrong with you and she's so knowledgeable, it's very impressive. I've been several times over the years with different gym related issues. You walk in her room, she asks you some questions, asks you to do a few movements and gets straight to the root of the problem no messing! Me and my friend joke, we both call her "The Healer" and she definitely is! Cant recommend her enough! If your hesitant to go see a physio there's no need to be. Just go and see Susana at Elite Physio in Bowdon. She'll have you back in tip top shape.

I have never done Pilates before and I was a little daunted by it all but Sarah was wonderful and made me feel completely at ease from the moment we started.
