By far the best instructor I had at Dal Pilates. So patient and very hands on. She guides me to focus on my positioning. Also she is very mindful of previous injuries and making sure the exercises are challenging but not uncomfortable.

Nicky was an absolute pleasure to work with for me and my kids! She is professional and she was calm and patient with my 4 year old twins! I was constantly impressed with Nicky’s various methods of teaching so that my kids would really get it! She adapts to the child’s needs and is really incredible with children! My twins really enjoyed their time with Nicky and are so much more confident in the water and with their swimming skills and water safety! Can’t wait for more lessons next summer! Thanks Nicky!
