I am currently training for a ultramarathon. And for recovery there is no better place close by in south Sydney that offers the recovery needs for my body to reset and recover quickly. Unbelievable clean and such friendly star. 10/10.

The massage was excellent. I've been training a lot and Jessie really helped loosen some tough spots. My only complaint would be that the room I was in was next two about six washing machines that were spinning and beeping during the massage. It would be much better if they weren't next to a relaxing space.

Paloma is just fabulous. She knows your problem areas and works on them accordingly. I had an 1 1/2 hours which waa amazing. Paloma released areas no other masseuse has been able to do. She also recommended exercises that would be helpful. GIve her a try

Yim really had a workout giving me my massage this afternoon. The whole hour was deep tissue massage like no other that I’ve had before. From fingers to toes and all in between, I have never had such a comprehensive and vigorous message before. I definitely rate Yim’s massage as 5-stars.

It was amazing and so was Yim! I had a few bigger issues so Yim concentrated on trigger pointing those areas to loosen up the area and gave me some exercises to do after to help with the ongoing management. Can’t wait til she’s back from holidays so I can go back for another visit .

Yim was great from the start. She asked me how I was and what I needed. She paid extra attention to those areas but found places i needed work that I didn’t even realise. She worked on areas that no one ever has before and I’ve had around 100 massages. She took extra time to show me exercises I can do daily to help myself. I slept well after her massage. Thanks Yim, I’m coming back soon for round two

I just had a massage at a new shop about 15 minutes from my place, and it was absolutely worth the drive. Paloma greeted me warmly, took me straight to the room, and asked how I was feeling before we started. From the very beginning, I knew I was in good hands. It was excellent, my masseuset Paloma did an excellent full body massage. She concentrated on the area that were very 'knotted' and gave me some good advice on exercises to do in those areas. The setting was relaxing, there was no delay in commencing the massage. Thank you Paloma for a great treatment. I will definitely return.

I had an hours massage with Paloma yesterday, I've had 100's of massages with scores of massage therapists and this was one of the best. She was highly intuitive, targeted the problems areas quickl, was well informed and communicated well + exercise tips at the end. I will return.
