Best Fitness & Recovery near me in North Beach, Perth

Such a relaxing place to take some time for yourself and recharge. The owner is so lovely and the space is super clean and private. We are currently travelling oz in a caravan, so whilst we were in Perth for a week I bought a 5 pack, which was such awesome value and I left feeling so good. Highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be back next time we visit Perth.

The hot/cold contrast seriously works wonders. I left feeling totally refreshed and highly recommend it if you’re into recovery, performance, or just want to feel amazing. 10/10 — would definitely do it again.

Thank you for the warm welcome and detailed explanation! We really enjoyed the sauna and ice bath yesterday. It was my first time trying an ice bath, and I felt so refreshed afterwards. At first, we thought we came to the wrong place because there wasn't a sign outside but we found it eventually. A small sign for visitors would probably help. Such a lovely place to relax, especially at sunset!

My partner and I did the Multi-Sensory Sauna & Ice Bath Journey and just WOW! It was an amazing experience. The meditation was so moving and the space is really nice and calming. I walked out feeling so much better than when I walked in. I loved it, going to do it again soon.

Love Kure Sauna & Ice Bath! It is incredibly well set up and spotless. Lou was fantastic—she even shared some helpful breathing techniques to use during the ice bath, which made the experience so much better. I highly recommend it and can definitely see myself becoming a regular!
