Caroline was lovely - really helpful & friendly and took time to explain all about our treatments and answer our questions. We’ve had the second of our course of Cryotherapy and managed 5 mins today. Feeling invigorated and looking forward to our next sessions

Really great experience with the whole process explained so clearly by Karen, who had so much passion and knowledge about cryotherapy (as well as other cold-related treatments) and she was a pleasure to speak with. A lot of fun if you bring somebody with you in the chamber!

An amazing experience! Cryotherapy is helping so much my post surgery recovery and the team at Cryo Revive are super helpful - I highly recommend!

4th visit , increased to 3 mins 30 secs in the Cryo chamber. Probably at our limit now, but felt refreshed afterwards. My back is definitely improving, not pain free but a marked difference since using cryotherapy. Will definitely be booking more sessions.

Am going for 2 sessions a week now…can’t tell you how good I feel…massively helping my bad back and it’s clear it has a really positive impact on your mental health. Can’t recommend Cryo Revive enough!!
